  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional time, depending on design complexity and quantity.

  • Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
     

2. Shipping Costs & Methods

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on package size, weight, and delivery location.

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

  • Free shipping is available for orders above ₹4,999/- within India.

  • Any additional charges such as import duties or taxes (for international shipments) are the responsibility of the customer.
     

3. Domestic Shipping

  • We ship across India using reliable courier partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC.

  • Standard delivery time: 2-4 business days.

  • Expedited delivery time: 1-2 business days (at an additional cost).
     

4. Packaging & Handling

  • All 3D-printed products are carefully packed with protective materials to prevent damage.

  • Fragile or high-detail prints are reinforced with additional cushioning for safe transit.

  • We ensure secure packaging, but if any damage occurs during transit, refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Potential Delays & Service Interruptions

  • Shipping may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

    • Weather disruptions

    • Logistics partner delays

    • Supply chain issues

    • National or regional holidays

  • In case of any delays, we will notify you and provide tracking updates.
     

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, customers will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link.

  • If an order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 2-3 days of delivery.

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
